I’ve worked with Shontel from two different aspects. The first was for personal counseling when I was going through a rough emotional period in my life, and the second was for professional/career coaching. In both realms, she is very caring but firm in her approach. It’s hard for me to understand certain things, but Shontel asks the right, and probing questions so that I could come to the conclusion for myself. Both her counseling and coaching have made me more aware of what I need to do to move forward in the places I’ve felt stuck; and she has put down foundations where I am held accountable. This not only helps me reach the goals that I’ve put in place, but it creates excitement in getting them done.
